For families in need of after-school care, Montessori is proud to offer a professional program that provides a unique and enriching experience for students. Families wishing to take advantage of our discounted pre-paid programs should register by the first day of school.

Families requiring flexible scheduling are asked to submit a scheduling form by Thursday of the prior week for care needed the following week. This advance notice helps us ensure appropriate staffing and maintain the high-quality care and seamless learning experience our students deserve.

Our goal is to provide exceptional care and support that allows every child to learn, grow, and reach their highest potential.

To ensure the safety and security of our Montessori students, we maintain high professional standards and follow all policies and procedures regarding student release and schedule changes. Students will only be released to individuals listed on their authorized pick-up list unless we receive written notice or verbal confirmation from a parent or guardian. Likewise, we will not make changes to a student’s regular schedule or routine without parent or guardian approval.

These procedures help ensure that every child remains safe, protected, and cared for with the utmost professionalism and attention.

At Montessori, we take pride in providing excellent service to our families. Please plan to arrive on time at the end of the program day so staff can conclude their duties in a timely manner and children can maintain a consistent schedule. Attendance is tracked daily.

A fee of $10.00 per child will be applied for every ten minutes past 5:30 p.m. on school days and 5:00 p.m. on camp days. Late pickups are recorded throughout the month and billed at the end of each month. To ensure fairness and smooth operations, families with consistent late pickups may risk losing access to the program.

As part of our commitment to collaboration and community involvement, we are pleased to waive certain CVMS+ fees for Montessori families who volunteer their time in our classrooms. Parents who serve as a substitute for a teacher or assistant during school hours will not be charged for CVMS+ during the length of their commitment.

This opportunity allows parents to play a direct role in supporting their child’s education and strengthening the Montessori community, reflecting our shared values of partnership, support, and inclusivity.
