CVMS+ BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL CARE
As a service to our families, we offer a very high quality before and after school program for enrolled early childhood and elementary students. CVMS+ provides a variety of supervised activities including art, music, drama, dance, games and opportunities for socialization through indoor and outdoor play.
Older students are afforded an opportunity to complete school related assignments.
CVMS+ AFTER-SCHOOL CARE POLICIES

If you intend to use after-school care, you can sign up by the first day of school for discounted pre-paid programs. Otherwise, please complete a scheduling form by the Thursday prior to the week you need care.

We will not release a student to a stranger nor deviate from the regular schedule without a written note or verbal confirmation from a parent.

As a courtesy to our staff and for your child’s peace of mind, please be sure to arrive before 6:00 p.m. We have no staff on duty after that time. In the event that you arrive late, you will be charged $10.00 per child for every ten minutes after 6:00 p.m.

No CVMS+ fees during certain volunteer services. Parents who substitute in the classroom for a teacher or an assistant during school hours will not be charged for CVMS+ during the time they are volunteering.

SUMMER CAMP
CVMS+ Summer Camp 2023
3.... 2.... 1.... BLAST OFF!!!!! Join us at CVMS Summer Camp 2023 as we are preparing to explore the great outer space. We will learn everything from NASA, astronauts, the solar system, stars, and even get our imaginations flowing with aliens!!!! Your child is sure to learn something new while having a BLAST this summer!
We will continue our tradition of Water Wednesdays, when children wear swimsuits and spend some time enjoying our sprinkler, water balloons, and other fun cooling activities. This is always a favorite!
We also take part in a few field trips each summer. The dates/destinations will be sent when all summer camp information is sent to parents closer to the start of camp.
Camp is open to children ages 3 and up. Children under the age of 3 may apply if they have completed a full year of CVMS toddler program. It is preferred that children are potty trained in order to attend, but it is REQUIRED that children are at least actively in the process of potty training.
Daily items your child will need

-extra change of clothes to leave in cubby

Nonrefundable registration fee: $50, waived for any enrolled CVMS students.
We are also in the process of switching our billing system, so we will send more information on that after the change has been made.
HALF DAY CAMP (8:00am-11:30am): $120 per week
FULL DAY CAMP (8:00am-2:30pm): $200 per week
After care is available until 5:30pm daily at $10/hour.
Sibling discount: 10% off 2nd child and each additional child.
*Discount applies to camp fees only, not after care fees.
**ABSOLUTELY NO DROP-INS**
This year we will also be implementing a $50/week cancellation fee for weeks you have signed your child(ren) up for camp and they do not attend.
